Ms. Neethu Nirmal John joined the Department of Management Studies, Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), East Campus, in May 2025 as an Assistant Professor. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing Management from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bangalore, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology (SJCET), Palai, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mathematics from Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Thevara (Main Campus). She has also qualified the UGC-NET in Management (June 2024).

Before entering academia, Ms. Neethu worked as an Associate Research Manager at Kantar IMRB, a leading global market research firm. She managed quantitative research projects for international clients, involving proposal customization, fieldwork coordination, data analysis, and reporting. This industry experience allows her to bring practical business perspectives into the classroom.

With an interdisciplinary academic background spanning engineering, mathematics, and management, Ms. Neethu brings a unique and holistic approach to teaching and learning. Her diverse educational and professional journey enables her to connect concepts across domains and engage students with varied academic interests.

Her academic interests include consumer behavior, marketing strategy, and data-driven decision-making in management. She is also passionate about mentoring students, guiding them in academic growth, career exploration, and the development of critical thinking and applied skills.
