Ms. Neethu Nirmal John has recently joined the Department of Management Studies, SH College East Campus as an Assistant Professor. She holds a PGDM/MBA in Marketing Management from XIME, Bangalore and a B.Tech in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from SJCET, Palai. She has also qualified the UGC NET in Management.

Prior to entering academia, Ms. Neethu gained industry experience at Kantar IMRB, where she worked as an Associate Research Manager in the field of market research. She employs real-world business case studies to deepen practical understanding and bridge the gap between academic theory and business practice. Her academic interests include consumer behavior, marketing strategy, and data-driven decision-making in management.
